Tapani 'Tapu' Lankinen

He is the founder of Lanexco.
He has worked for Finnish companies since 1971. Tapu's previous work experience includes management positions in Finland, Spain and Portugal.
He has worked as Vice President, Forest Industry of Oy Tampella Ab, Executive Vice President of Kaukomarkkinat Oy, Managing Director of Tampella Española, S.A., Head of Finpro Spain & Portugal, Commercial Counselor of Finland in Spain and Portugal, and Sales Director of Kaukomarkkinat daughter companies in Lisbon, Madrid and Barcelona.
Tapu has been Deputy Chairman of Finnboard, Board Member of Converta and Paperinkeräys. He has lived and worked over 30 years in Spain and 11 years in Portugal. He is Master in Economics and Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics. Tapu works fluently in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Finnish.
Pasi is a commercial and marketing professional, with extensive experience in developing global businesses, brands and commercial activities.
He has worked in multiple countries and cultures, especially during his initial period at DiamondCluster International (currently a part of Oliver Wyman), a boutique consultancy specialised in mobile operator launch projects. At the consultancy he was focused in the Sales and Distribution areas of the business, developing sales strategy and distribution networks for Ben (T-mobile currently) in Holland, Oi-Telemar in Brasil and Reliance Telecom in India, among others.
In 2003, he joined FC Barcelona, where during 12 years he worked across most of the business areas of the club, managing the club membership programme initially, later as Head of Marketing and Business Development, including fan engagement and the club’s first strategy for digital, and finally as Head of Business Intelligence, providing strategic guidance to all business divisions in the club.
Between 2015-2021, Pasi worked for City Football Group, based in London.
As VP Director at City Football Group, he led the Partnerships Strategy & Operations area, with a team dedicated to support and drive the sponsorships sales and activation efforts for Manchester City in particular, but also all the clubs in the growing network of the group.
City Football Group is currently one of the key clients of Lanexco in the sports business.
Sari has a M.A. degree in Spanish and Portuguese philology from the University of Helsinki and B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the Haaga Institute.
She also has a University Master´s Degree in Translation and Technologies.
Sari has worked in tourism companies in Finland and Spain. She has also taught Spanish and Portuguese both in companies and institutes. Sari has lived over 20 years in Spain and Portugal, and speaks English and native Finnish in addition to the mentioned languages.
